Where can I find: the links to download my files, view my order history, track shipment, and all things about my account?
Every order of media content will be followed by 2 emails. The first email will have your details and details of purchase. The second email will have instructions and download links for you products. If you do not receive either email you can down load your content by logging into your My Account.
To login to the "My Account" section. From our home page, click the "My Account" tab and drop down to the "My Media" button you must be logged in to view your My Media or My Account information. In the My Account section, you will see your information that we have on file. You can change any of your info such as email, password, and billing address. You can also view and download all of your media orders that have been placed through GraphicsForWorship by clicking on the "My Media" link.
When you click on "View" next to any order you will be taken to another helpful page. Here you will see the download links for the files. You can also print your invoice if you need to, simply hit ctrl+p to activate print screen.
My download didn't work the first time. Can I try it again?
The link to the downloadable product that was emailed to you will expire after one week or 5 attempts until you have successfully downloaded the product, whichever comes first. Thus, you should have ample opportunity to complete the download if the original download was corrupted/interrupted for some reason.
What if my download link expires before I get the chance to download what I ordered?
Send an email to staff through the contact us page explaining your problem. Once we verify that you did not successfully download the file we will send you a new link or reset your old one so that you may try again.
Can I play loops and mini-movies in PowerPoint?
Yes, but keep in mind that PowerPoint does not allow text over motion backgrounds. To insert media into your PowerPoint presentation: Open a new or existing PowerPoint presentation. From the Insert Menu select Movies and Sounds and choose "Movie from a File." To help you further we have posted a video tutorial for this action on our blog. It can be viewed by clicking here.
If you are trying to put text over a motion we suggest that you purchase a presentation software designed to be used for this purpose. A couple of these options are MediaShout, EasyWorship or if you are on a MAC the ProPresenter 3.
What is my GraphicsForWorship login or password?
Your login is the email address you used when you first registered with us. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one on the login page. A new password will be sent to your email address shortly. Once you have logged in with the temporary password go to your "My Account" area to change your password to whatever you want it to be.
How do I open a .ZIP file?
Once you have downloaded a file, simply double click on the file and your computer should automatically "unzip" the file. A .ZIP file is a compressed file that will allow you to download from the media store quicker than if the files were in their uncompressed (MPEG-1, JPEG, etc.) form.
I cannot view any of the video previews on your site, is this a problem with the site or with my computer?

What are the different formats?
480p is the name for Standard Definition.
720p is the name for High Definition at 1280x720 pixels.
MPEG1 was a widespread standard when we began creating loops and is still a good option for those running presentation software on Windows PCs. Macs have the ability to play these movies but performance can vary widely.
MOV is short for QuickTime Movie. This format is higher quality with a smaller file size; however, QuickTime Movies are standard on Macs and may or may not play back on Windows PCs. Software like Media Shout and EasyWorship must have an extra 3rd party codec pack installed. This codec pack is called K-Lite.
What format is best for me?
If you are using a Windows PC with something like Media Shout or EasyWorship, the MPEG1 files might be best for you.
If you are running ProPresenter on a Mac, you should probably download the QuickTime MOV.
